The user has the right to withdraw unconditionally from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without paying any costs, except for those for delivery.

The 14-day period starts from the date of:

concluding the contract - in case of a service contract;
acceptance of the goods by the user or by a third party other than the carrier

Within 14 days after the stated wish to withdraw from the contract, the consumer should return the goods to the trader. Within 14 days from the date on which the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract has been notified, the trader shall reimburse all amounts received by the consumer, except for delivery.
